1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email. The contract is only concluded upon confirmation of shipment or delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process and are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery within the European Union is handled by our logistics partners. Delivery typically takes 4–14 business days. Any delivery delays will be communicated immediately.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are available: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, instant bank transfer, Klarna. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. Additional payment methods may be available at checkout.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG). Further information can be found under the heading "Right of Withdrawal".
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you can assert claims within two years of receiving the goods.
10. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
Note for customers from other EU countries:
Even if Austrian law applies, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the respective EU member state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
