At Arya West , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to return a product, please note the following guidelines.
Return period
You can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
This is how the return process works
- Contact us at returns@aryawest.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We process every return personally.
- You return the goods at your own expense to the address provided.
refund
Once we have inspected your return and everything is in order, the refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g., PayPal, credit card). Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Important instructions
- Products with signs of use or without original packaging cannot be refunded.
- Personalized items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are not refunded (except in the case of defective goods).
